D is for Ducks

ducks

I’m definitely more of a home bird than a party animal, so my free time is far more likely to be spent down with the ducks at our local pond rather than getting up to any high-level whirlwind socialising with the in-crowd…

There are loads of ponds in parks all across London, and so loads of ducks and geese to see, and sometims even swans too 🙂

My theme for this year’s April A-Z Challenge is ‘My London A-Z’. I’ve found living in London to be very different from just visiting; in general I live a very ordinary life far removed from the craziness of the city itself, so I thought it might be fun to share my everyday experience with you all in images and words…

I’m a home-body too. We live by a small lake and I thoroughly enjoy the company of the ducks and other birds that live close by. I’m a nature lover too. 🙂 Visiting from atoz
