A-Z Challenge: A is for Arches

A is for Arches…

Wherever there are old raised railway lines built on brick bridge-style supports, there are always railway arches underneath to be utilised in a variety of ways. We’ve got quite a few railway arches here in Leytonstone, some done up as newly refurbished spaces to be rented out for modern business purposes, and some continuing as they’ve been for years…

This year for my Blogging from A-Z Challenge I’ve decided to keep it super-simple, and stick close to home with a straightforward agenda. I tend to post lots of local London images anyway, so my aim is to post at least one new (as in taken recently, and not posted before) photograph each day, taking us on a whistle-stop A-Z tour of Local Leytonstone Life; simple snapshot images of ordinary everyday things around me that capture my attention, yet don’t take me out of my daily routine too much…

Some letters may find me scraping the bottom of the photographic barrel for inspiration – but all I can do is try! 🙂

Thank you – I might struggle a bit with some of the letters later on, but we’ll see! 🙂

Depends on where you live, I guess – small businesses tucked under railway arches are really common here in London 🙂
